The primary responsibility of the Senior Compliance Analyst is to ensure compliance by our subsidiaries, Launch Servicing and TCM, and their respective vendors with the Compliance Management Program. The role requires knowledge of third-party vendor management, consumer financial protection laws, regulations, collections and complaints management, and industry best practices.
