Goal Structured Solutions, Inc. (“GS2”), an employee owned and governed education finance and asset management company, was honored at the San Diego Business Journal’s 11th Annual Best Places to Work Awards Ceremony for the third consecutive year.
The Best Places to Work awards program is designed to recognize companies who positively impact the economy and business community of San Diego and companies from across the county entered the two-part assessment process. The overall registration and analysis was managed by Best Companies Group, who used combined scores based on a review of workplace practices and policies and employee survey results to determine final rankings.

As a result of last year’s survey, GS2 now offers unlimited vacation time with an incentivized bonus to encourage work life balance. In addition, their employee led Wellness Committee has hosted wellness seminars, created a meditation room, added standup desks, and expanded their fitness program to include Pilates classes and twice monthly private group exercise classes at the Broadway Athletic and Swim Club.
