Kim McNealy is the CMO of Ascent Funding, a subsidiary of Goal Structured Solutions that helps students fund their college education, and the Founder of CMO Mojo, a company that helps technology based start-ups effectively scale their product and marketing impact through lean marketing practices.  Kim’s prior roles include: 1) VP Marketing and User Experience (UX) at GAIN Credit (formerly Global Analytics), tripling UK market share while creating marketing and UX capabilities in the US, UK & India; 2) Marketing Director at Intuit, leading the marketing strategy team for TurboTax and creating the innovative New Initiatives Team within Intuit’s Consumer Group; 3) Marketing Brand Manager at General Mills, focused on bringing new consumer branded products to market within Yoplait, Betty Crocker, Pillsbury & Nature Valley.; and 4) US Navy nuclear submarine officer.  He received his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, a Masters in Public Affairs from the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey Institute, and his undergraduate degree from the US Naval Academy.
